The DeLaney Company, LLC is a registered Florida Limited Liability Company providing student and faculty

rental properties in the area near the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, and on 20th Ave just

west of the UF campus. 

 

All properties north of campus are houses within walking distance to the Law School, Exactech

Arena, The Swamp, Midtown, and North campus. The UF athletic facilites border much of our neighborhood,

and some properties are as little as 60 yards from the Law School entrance.

 

Our properties on SW 20th Ave are single and double apartment units and are walking distance to bars, a 

grocery store, fine dining, entertainment, and is located on one of the busiest bus routes in the city.
